Rick was the creative director at State Street Bank for 24 years before opening Cats Design in 1997. He has over 50 years of experience in the design, print, and promotional industries.
About Us
Cats Design is a New England based graphic design and communication company. To some of our clients we are their advertising agency, to others we are a direct mail company, and to another group we are their warehouse and distribution center. At the core of it all, is a passion for good design and uncluttered communication. We take great pride in the partnerships we have developed and we are privileged to share in our clients' creations and cheer their successes.

Jaime Anderson
Senior Designer
Jaime is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (BFA). Jaime is an award-winning designer who is recognized not only for her design skills but for her understanding of corporate culture and her ability to unite all elements of a program graphically. Jaime has been with Cats Design since 1999.
Allison Nolan
Graphic Designer
Allison earned her BFA from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University and joined Cats Design in 2015. She brings a strong eye for color, imagery, and visual communication, along with extensive experience in the Adobe Creative Suite. Allison also has a passion for exploring a variety of artistic mediums and values the creative process behind every project.
Kerry Smith
Administrative Coordinator
Kerry joined the Cats Design team, bringing in over 20 years of expertise in small business operations. A graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science, she oversees the firm’s financial and operational health. Kerry is responsible for the end-to-end management of invoices, payments, and client purchase orders. Beyond daily processing, she provides vital oversight by recording and reporting on project budgets and expenditures to ensure every client engagement remains financially sound.
Kristine Reed
Traffic and Promotions
Kristine is the vendor liaison for our suppliers and works directly with our warehouse for all deliveries and distributions. Her main focus is on the scheduling, timing, and delivery of each project we are working on. Kristine’s numerous contacts with promotional material providers has been an invaluable resource to our clients. Cats is ASI affiliated.
Fred Davis
Programmer
Fred is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth (BFA). Fred is experienced and highly skilled in HTML, WordPress, and Dreamweaver. Fred is the programmer for email and web communications.
